Payment must be received/clear before item is shipped.
Please make sure that your address in Paypal is correct. If you want your order shipped to an address other than the one in Paypal, please let us know.
Custom work must be paid for up front.

Items are made to order unless noted in the description.
Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to ship once money is clear.
International
We ship via Air Mail 4-11 business days, once money is clear.
Unless otherwise requested
Buyer is responsible for any additional customs charges.
Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred.
Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from Australia.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged international orders once they have shipped under any circumstances.
